MŁODZIEŻOWE CENTRUM INNOWACJI “UNIQUE” has formed an innovative project idea and concept called “IDEA-FIX – Youth Social Entrepreneurship” 2024 aimed at promoting international and intercultural cooperation between Ukrainian and Polish youth organizations. An application is currently being prepared for the Polish-Ukrainian youth exchange forum to bring the project to life. The project aims to examine topical issues of social entrepreneurship and youth employment and create a space for young people to meet, share and expand their knowledge and skills related to social entrepreneurship.
The project idea was initiated by a team of dedicated individuals from “UNIQUE,” including RIMAS, GINTAS, SYLWIA, and KATARZYNA. The project team is made up of experienced members with high education levels and skills in planning, organization, coordination, project writing and hosting, training, and non-formal education intercultural learning methods. They have experience in implementing projects, generating ideas, and developing social skills, including youth exchange, cooperation and training projects.
The “IDEA-FIX – Youth Social Entrepreneurship” project focuses on promoting social entrepreneurship as a way to create innovative and sustainable solutions to social problems, and to increase the employment inclusion of young people. The project also aims to raise awareness of social entrepreneurship as a possible way of solving social problems and to empower young people to become agents of change in their local communities.
The project will involve young people aged 18-25, and each partner country will select 14 participants (+ 2 group leaders) to implement this project, meeting the criteria for the target group of participants. The project exchange program will be implemented in Poland – in Punsk district in August 2024.
