The participants of the “IDEA-FIX – Youth Social Entrepreneurship” youth exchange program are young people between the ages of 18-25 who are interested in social entrepreneurship and are motivated to make a positive impact in their communities. They are passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions to social problems and are committed to developing their skills and competencies to become successful social entrepreneurs.
Participants are open-minded, adaptable, and willing to learn from different cultures and perspectives. They are proactive, collaborative, and are able to work in a team environment. Participants have a basic understanding of English, as it will be the working language of the program. They come from diverse backgrounds and have different levels of experience in social entrepreneurship, but all share a strong desire to make a positive impact in their communities.
Participants are selected based on their motivation, interest in social entrepreneurship, and their ability to actively participate in all project activities. The program aims to involve young people with fewer opportunities and to provide them with access to new learning experiences, intercultural learning, and personal growth and development opportunities.
