Project IDEA-FIX – Youth Social Entrepreneurship, a Poland-Ukraine youth exchange program that aims to promote international and intercultural cooperation between Polish and Ukrainian youth organizations. The project will examine topical issues of social entrepreneurship and youth employment, creating a space for young people to meet, share and expand their knowledge and skills, and to acquire new ones related to social entrepreneurship and youth unemployment.
Social entrepreneurship is an innovative solution that addresses social problems by developing business activities that create value for society. The IDEA-FIX project is aimed at encouraging and promoting social entrepreneurship among young people, helping them acquire skills and knowledge on the subject. The project will include a 7-day youth exchange program that will bring together young people aged 18-25 from Poland, and Ukraine. The project was created as a result of the partners’ mutual interest in social entrepreneurship and youth employment issues.
The IDEA-FIX project is expected to achieve several outcomes. First, it will contribute to the development of awareness of social entrepreneurship in the partner countries, promoting the growth of social entrepreneurship initiatives. Second, the project will help young people develop their skills and knowledge on social entrepreneurship and youth employment, promoting their employability and increasing their chances of finding a job. Third, the project will create an international and intercultural network of social entrepreneurs that will promote cooperation and exchange of experience between the partner countries.
The IDEA-FIX – Youth Social Entrepreneurship project is a valuable initiative that will promote international and intercultural cooperation and the development of social entrepreneurship among young people.
